An Ocean In Between – from “Black Moon”

Here's another instrumental from "Black Moon," the new album I'm working on. I wrote this tune for my mother about 15 years ago. For any guitarists out there, it's in an open G tuning: D G D G B D.

At some point, I might write something about what's behind this song. For the moment, it feels like the listener might get more out of this piece by weaving their own story into the music. I'm sure that, at one time or another, everyone has felt the distance of "an ocean in between."
